Our warranties also include a free service that can be resorted to in the event of a problem with the product not attributable to the user.

When you cannot use the free maintenance Service:

• In the event of mechanical damage to the goods during are use by the Customer;

• Whenever an operation is carried out on the product (if it is repaired by someone else);

• If the problem is caused by the Goods being used for purposes other than its intended use;

• If the problem is caused by insects, bugs or substances entering the Goods;

The Warranty - counts from the day the Goods are sold
